North Berkeley Properties: Great searching tool. Excellent descriptions and decent prices. I also hear that they are very good managers. I highly recommend checking out their website if you are looking to rent in the east bay. NONE of their buildings are tacky or unsafe.

Century 21 Baldini Realty: These folks are the property management company for the house I'm renting. They've always been super nice and given us a very quick response to any problems that have come up.
Landmark Realty: Can you say sa-lumlords. Shatangi can. They own several large buildings in the TL and will rent to any crackhead with a check. Their office is an old victorian in the mission that they are letting fall into ruin.
